1 medium-sized apple, chopped
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp honey (optional
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Ice cubes (optional)
How to Make Apple Oats Chia Seeds Smoothie
1. Place the chopped apple, rolled oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, honey (if using) and cinnamon in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add some water.
3. If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again to create a chilled smoothie.
